Dec. 13, 2011Diana has cared for my cats for extended periods, and it was an amazing experience both for my cats and me.
On our first meeting she sat down with me and did an intensive intake on both my cats. She has a form in which she charts not only knowing their feeding needs, but their habits, schedule, personalities, emergency contacts, assessing my home set up, anything that could possibly be required in my absence. That alone and her delightful friendly personality gave me utmost confidence in her loving care for our cats. She even asked what would make me most comfortable as far as how frequently she should contact me for updates about our cats.
When I got home not only were the cats happy and sassy. Diana had left a daily log to record that cats food intake, anything special she observed and their general behavior. It was very obvious my cats really bonded with her. Her devotion made me feel the cats were in better hands than in my own!
One of my cats has diabetes and requires injections twice daily. Diana knew just how to make the injection comfortable for my kitty. When she came out to meet the cats and do her intake, I watched her give an insulin injection to my cat. My cat was completely at ease with her, and left me feeling she could probably give that injection more easily than me.
Diana is an amazing lady. She has a long history of rescuing cats and dogs, and has a magic way with them. I've left my cats with people in the past and always worry. With Diana the only thought was that I missed them. I knew I could not have left them with a kinder, more capable, and more loving hands than Diana's. She is one incredible soul.

I feel very fortunate to have been led to Angel Wings Pet Sitting Services.
During a recent trip out of state Diana and Rick provided more than I could have expected as they cared for my two senior Bassets and a Ginger cat.
They came into the family fold and took over the daily care and loving of these family members.
In addition to the standard physical and emotional needs of the pets they left a detailed log of daily activities and happenings.
I hold these folks in the highest regard and recommend them without reservation.

Just a note to thank you for your wonderful care of my cat, Kiss, while I was on Orcas Island. Everything in my house was tidy; the litter box well tended, and my cat was happy to see me. Sorry that he is so anti-social that you didn't get to meet him, but he was well fed and happy to see me when I returned.

I do want everyone that has contacted Diana to look after their pets to rest assured that they WILL be taken care of very well. She is very thorough in getting all the necessary information about the pets to be taken care of while the owners are away. I would say to them "Go have an good time and don't worry."
It would be repetitive for me to go on about how trustworthy Diana is - if she says she will be there, she will be there!

Diana loves animals and it certainly shows. She meets with clients ahead of time and takes lots of notes as to what the animals need. She watches our two cats for us and we feel so comfortable leaving our babies when we travel.
She leaves detailed notes each day as to how the cats acted and what she did while she was with them. She actually spends time with the cats, giving them attention, so they don't feel so lonely.
I highly recommend her to take care of your pets!

To Pet Lovers:
We have been lucky to have Angel Wings Pet and House Sitting Service care for our two dogs while we were out of town.
Diana and Rick followed our instructions to keep our pets on schedule for their food, meds, walks and daily constitutionals. The dogs were safe and secure in their own home and routines.
Diana stayed overnight and allowed the dogs to sleep with her. She cared for our dogs and our house and both were in great shape when we returned.

We would like to recommend Diana Robertson, owner of Angel Wings Pet Sitting Service. We recently went on a two week vacation and left our two dogs in the care of Diana. She stopped in twice a day and walked our dogs, played with them and fed them. They seemed to have received a lot of love and attention. When we returned from our vacation they seemed very happy and attended to.
While we were gone, she also called us and gave us updates on how the dogs were doing. She also fed our goldfish and took care of my parent’s cat at their residence. She kept a detailed daily log of their activities in our absence. I was quite impressed with how professionally she runs her business by having all the appropriate papers signed in case of an emergency vet visit, etc.
I think this was a good experience for our pets and we will certainly use her services again when we go on another vacation.

Diana Robertson pet sat for me several years ago while I was out of town. She fed my seven dogs, twice per day, ensuring that they received the appropriate food and supplements. She stayed two nights with them and made sure they had plenty of love and exercise.
Diana has been doing dog and cat rescue for many years and is very knowledgeable and compassionate about animal companions. She is reliable and caring. She is also very level headed and knows how to handle emergency situations.

I have known Diana Robertson for over a decade, since I worked with her at
Greenhill Humane Society in Eugene. During all of that time, Diana has shown a total
devotion to animal welfare. She was the founder and driving force for the Shelter Animal
Resource Alliance. Through SARA, she saved the lives of countless animals by setting
up programs with area shelters and arranging foster care and adoptions. She has
tirelessly campaigned for No Kill initiatives.
When I heard that she was setting up a pet sitting service in the Waldport area, I
was overjoyed. I have been pet sitting in Eugene since 2002, and have talked with her
about the business. Diana knows the needs of pets and will be a wonderful care giver.

I have known Diana Robertson for twelve years. We have volunteered together on many animal welfare projects. She has always been a very responsible and caring pet owner. She has rescued more than 1200 abandoned dogs and cats from animal control shelters and other life-threatening situations through Shelter Animal Resource Alliance (SARA) the non profit organization that she started 9 years ago.
She is a dedicated and courageous advocate for all animals. If she were still living anywhere near me I would definitely use her for pet sitting, knowing my precious animals were in the most caring, responsible and knowledgeable hands.
